Research through July 31, 2026 found no separate official rolling 24-hour Washington County release feed. The sheriff provides two different tools. AuthorityJailConnect searches by a known person's first and last name and includes an Include Released Inmates? option. The separate Daily Roster PDF lists current inmates. It is not a log of people released today and should never be relabeled as one.
The released checkbox can confirm an individual event when the result identifies a release within the prior day. It does not prove that every county release can be browsed as a complete same-day list. The public search is also protected by CAPTCHA and was not consistently available during research. A timeout means the portal failed to respond. It does not mean the person was never booked or released.

A precise record request can seek identity, booking number, booking date, release date and time, release type or authority, destination, charge, case number, and bond information. Not all fields are necessarily public. The sheriff may redact exempt material, and juvenile information belongs outside the adult released-inmate process.

VINE can supply a custody-event alert for a specific person, but it is not a certified release ledger and may lag. The Ohio Attorney General warns against relying on VINE alone.
