Terms & Conditions

Washington County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer-report service. No content may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered decision.

Nature of This Site

This private reference points visitors toward Washington County and Ohio inmate, jail, release, court, and supervision resources. It also connects visitors with outside research tools. It is not a private-investigation firm or consumer reporting agency, stores no official public records, and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a government document.

Acceptable Use

Access is conditioned on lawful, responsible use. By using the site, you agree that you will:

  • Follow all applicable laws.
  • Not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
  • Not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited FCRA decision.
  • Not seek access to accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
  • Not use bots, scraping tools, or automated collection methods.
  • Not interfere with the service or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and its advertising or search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use any information obtained here to decide employment, termination, tenancy, housing, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other matter regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links

Links may lead to Washington County records, sheriff and corrections sites, courts, legal resources, federal locators, or third-party search services. They are offered as reference points, not endorsements. This site is not responsible for an outside service's content, data practices, prices, terms, or uptime. Read the destination's rules before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that a partner search will be comprehensive. Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing displayed here is an official statement from the Washington County Sheriff, ODRC, a court, or another public body.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent Ohio law permits, the owners, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its owners harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise identified, the site's text, graphics, logo, and code belong to Washington County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission. Rights in linked government records and third-party materials remain with their owners.

Changes and Access

These terms may be revised at any time. A revision applies when it is posted. Access may also be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time and without advance notice, including when misuse or a security concern is suspected.

Ohio Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Ohio.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
