A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that powers that tool. Washington County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own system. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling after submission.
If you send an email or other direct message, the supplied address and message are retained as needed to answer. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
